Quick recommendation

I'm reading 'Different people' by Orland Outland. It was a finalist in the Lambda Literary Award for gay romance back in 2008. I read quite a bit of gay and lesbian romance and this is good. There's a real plot, characters with depth, interesting sub plots such as American politics. If you are looking for something a bit different, this is worth a try.

On scary thing, for a librarian anyway; both characters are heavy readers and they talk about books I have never heard of. Might have to track some of them down and see what I have been missing! C
